All the models of knives, daggers and sabers are handmade, using the ancient traditions of Caucasian gunsmiths. The production of the enterprise is in constant demand among hunters, fishermen and tourists and it is supplied to more than 50 regions of Russia. It is the only enterprise in the Northern Caucasus which has a license for the production of cold steel.

Today the production of the manufacturing enterprise "Kizlyar" consists of, first of all, the series of hunting knives: Scorpion, Taiga, Berkut, Gurza, Terek. Besides, the knives that are not the cold steel weapon are produced, such as Zodiak, Fazan, Drofa, Gluhar, Strepet, the set of kitchen-knives.

The special attention of the enterprise is paid to the development of the decorated daggers and sabers production. Blades of the daggers, sabers and knives are made form the domestic corrosion-resistant steel. Steel technology and its further treatment allow producing blades with high strength and cutting ability. All the polishing and sharpening procedures are made by hand. The decoration of the blades is made using the traditional Dagestan ornamental motives such as conventionalized tendrils of plants of different combinations. The drawing is never repeated, it is individual on every blade. The deep etching with the further blackening is also made by hand. The handle is made from the natural Caucasian walnut. The handle is shaped by hand with the further waxing and varnishing.

The sheath for the knives are made by hand from natural leather. The decorated weapon is produced on individual request with the use of silver, blackening, enamel and ivory. The gift exemplars of knives are produced in carved boxes. The decorative inscription can be made by request of the customer. Recently the enterprise has produces the sets of kitchen-knives consisting of four items. These high quality goods in boxes made from the natural wood have gained high demand.
